WMTB Industry Reporting Program
The WMTB Industry Reporting Program is designed to help identify transportation-related concerns, industry trends, and compliance issues affecting Hawaiʻi’s regulated motor carrier industry.
The Western Motor Tariff Bureau (WMTB) is not an enforcement agency and does not determine whether violations of law or regulations have occurred. Information submitted through this program may be reviewed, documented, analyzed for industry trends, or referred to the appropriate governmental agency for further review when appropriate.
The purpose of this program is to promote industry awareness, support consumer protection, encourage regulatory compliance, and improve communication between the transportation industry and regulatory agencies.
Information submitted may also assist WMTB in identifying recurring industry concerns, educational opportunities, and areas where additional regulatory guidance or outreach may be beneficial.
To help educate the industry, WMTB may periodically publish aggregated and anonymous summaries of reported concerns. Personally identifiable information and reporter information will not be published without permission.
